I am a poet at heart, a flavor enthusiast by nature, and the hands behind The Michelyn Collection. My love for gourmet flavors started long before I even knew the word “gourmet.” I grew up watching my mom and nana move through the kitchen like it was an art gallery—graceful, intentional, and full of soul. They taught me that food isn’t just food—it’s connection, creativity, and care.

As I got older, I found my own rhythm in the kitchen, experimenting with ingredients the way I’d play with words in poetry. Sweet, savory, herbal, bold—I learned how to make flavors sing, how to pair foods and drinks like verses in a perfect line. I spent years as a barista, mastering the art of lattes, cappuccinos, and velvety espresso shots. But I always knew I wanted to create something of my own—something personal, intentional, and a little bit luxurious.

The Michelyn Collection was born from that dream. What started as small kitchen experiments—infusing syrups with herbs, fruits, and botanicals—quickly turned into a full-on obsession with flavor artistry and elevated indulgence.
