  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100 (pre-tax and after discounts). This applies to physical products only and excludes digital items such as ebooks or gift cards.

  • We get it—sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, email shipping@themichelyncollection.com as quickly as possible. While we’ll do our best, please note: that once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

  • We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email hello@themichelyncollection.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

  • Due to the consumable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Absolutely. Each bottle in The Michelyn Collection is crafted in small batches using premium, natural ingredients—with no artificial preservatives or fillers.

  • Once opened, we recommend storing your syrups in a cool, dry place. For optimal freshness, you may refrigerate them, but it’s not required unless otherwise noted on the label.

  • Our syrups are best enjoyed within 3–6 months of opening. Be sure to check the label for specific shelf life and storage guidance.

  • Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make a perfect indulgent gift for the flavor-lover in your life. They are delivered via email and can be used on any product in our shop.
