At The Michelyn Collection, we pride ourselves on quality, attention to detail, and delivering a refined experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping timelines, return terms, and fulfillment policies.
Shipping Time Policy
Orders are carefully processed and packaged within 2–3 business days of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? We understand—plans change.
Please email shipping@themichelyncollection.com with your cancellation request as soon as possible.
⏳ Please note: The window for cancellations is small. If we’re able to intercept your order before it is processed and packaged, we’ll confirm your cancellation via email. However, once your order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled. If you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order is already en route.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all qualifying orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts). This applies only to physical products and excludes digital items such as gift cards or ebooks.
For orders under $100, shipping rates apply based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
Out-of-Stock Products
We do not accept orders for items that are marked “out of stock.” In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase:
You will receive an email update.
We’ll either process a full refund for the unavailable item or notify you if we plan to ship the product once restocked.
Return Policy
Due to the artisanal and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@themichelyncollection.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
